The faster we reach better intelligence, the faster we reach abundance, and the faster we stop having to fight over anything at all.
I'm optimistic we can live a long time truthfully not because of one big breakthrough but due to the fact year after year as we keep doing the basics well (eating healthy, sleeping, exercising), keeps us healthy long enough for the science to catch up. None of this requires a miracle. Just creating strong routines that work buys us time. Anyone can start. You just need the power to do it.
