if AI does turn out to be conscious, is it contained within the gpu? or the gpu host computer? or does it extend out to encompass eg the harness too?

i didn't think anything of the chase center choice going in, i just kind of thought oh i guess startup school is big now but seeing the controversy, i appreciate the symbolism of putting the discussions about being in the arena in a literal arena
