PORTARIA PGR/MPF Nº 497, DE 27 DE JULHO DE 2026 O VICE-PROCURADOR-GERAL DA REPÚBLICA, no uso das atribuições delegadas pela Portaria PGR/MPU nº 288, de 26 de dezembro de 2023, com fundamento no art. 49, inciso VI, da Lei Complementar nº 75, de 20 de maio de 1993, considerando o previsto na Portaria PGR/MPF nº 440, de 8 de julho de 2026, e tendo em vista o contido nos autos do Procedimento de Gestão Administrativa nº 1.00.000.006629/2026-55, resolve: Art. 1º Designar os Procuradores Regionais da República constantes do Anexo I desta Portaria para exercerem, no período de 1º de agosto de 2026 a 30 de setembro de 2027, a titularidade dos ofícios especiais dos juizados especiais federais e custos legis de segundo grau (ofícios especiais JEF/CL de segundo grau) indicados no referido anexo. Art. 2º Declarar vagos os ofícios especiais dos juizados especiais federais e custos legis de primeiro grau (ofícios especiais JEF/CL de primeiro grau) constantes do Anexo II desta Portaria a partir do dia 1º de agosto de 2026. Art. 3º A atribuição dos ofícios especiais JEF/CL de primeiro grau para oficiar nos feitos das Turmas Recursais Cíveis dos Juizados Especiais Federais e das Procuradorias Regionais da República para oficiar nos feitos das Turmas Regionais de Uniformização ficará prorrogada até o dia 31 de julho de 2026, vedada a remessa de feitos recebidos até essa data aos ofícios especiais JEF/CL de segundo grau. Art. 4º A atribuição das Procuradorias Regionais da República para oficiar nos recursos que tramitam perante os Tribunais Regionais Federais vinculados a mandados de segurança impetrados no primeiro grau fica prorrogada até a conclusão da implementação prevista no art. 8º, parágrafo único, da Portaria PGR/MPF nº 440, de 8 de julho de 2026, vedada a remessa de feitos recebidos até então aos ofícios especiais JEF/CL de segundo grau. Art. 5º Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publicação.
